About Rejection Decoder

Rejection Decoder is a free tool that explains Apple App Store rejections in plain English and shows what happened to other developers who got the same one.

What it is

Paste the rejection message from App Store Connect and the decoder tells you which App Store Review Guideline it cites, what that usually means, the usual next move, and how to reply. Each guideline has its own guide, and 20 real public cases show what other developers did and how it turned out.

Who runs it

Rejection Decoder is an independent project by an app developer who has been through App Review. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

What is free and what is paid

The decoder, every guideline guide, every case page, and the 15-point preflight checklist are free. Two optional paid products help fund the site: the App Store Rejection Rescue Kit ($12), with reply templates and a 60-point checklist, and a reply service ($29) that drafts a reply for your exact rejection. AI-assisted, built on Apple's App Review Guidelines. Not a guarantee of approval. If we do not deliver within 24 hours, you get a full refund.

Accuracy and corrections

Guides are based on Apple's App Review Guidelines as revised October 16, 2026, last checked Oct 26, 2026. The usual next move is based on how a guideline is usually resolved, not a prediction for your app. Found a mistake, or is a case yours? Email niv.studio@mail.grokbot.com and we will fix or remove it.
